NovoCommerce International is a company operating in Croatia that belongs to the Monnoyeur Groupe in France. It is based in Osijek and Bjelovar. The Company is an exclusive dealer of John Deere, American producer of top brand tractors, combines and other agricultural equipment.
The role of NovoCommerce International is to provide integrated solutions to Croatians farmers, spare parts, field service and training for operators. Our values are those of a family business in the service of its customers. By experience, respect and positive attitude we build our future.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the Company price policy – selling prices and marge analysis,
- In charge with the analysis of the competition and of the agriculture market
- Responsible with the Company products communication and promotion,
- Working on the offer elaborating and writing
- Elaborates and puts into practice client satisfaction survey
- Elaborates and puts into practice the indicators to follow the promotion campaigns applied
- Monitoring and managing the regular activity reporting
- Ensures the professional support for the sales activity
- Runs market analysis surveys to sustain the sales
- Proposes new marketing actions that will improve the Company market share
- Identifies and proposes internal and external promotion strategies – special offers and promotion campaigns
- Defines and applies the client satisfaction analysis strategies
- Relationship with IPSO employees: ensuring a professional relationship with the employees of the company
