BD, BD Medical Medication and Procedural Solutions (BD MPS) is looking for an Product and Sales Specialist who has experience from hospital environment, ability to drive sales and provide clinical education to end-users (nurses and healthcare workers) and to distributors in South Eastern Europe (SEE) territory.
Main responsibilities:
- Deliver and meet the monthly and annual territory sales targets
- Provide clinical education and support to distributors, sales and marketing teams and to end-users
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool and reporting (BD is using: „Salesforce.com“).
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers, key opinion leaders and decision makers
- Participate in congresses and meetings with professional healthcare workers
- Monitor competitor activities in SEE region
- Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge regarding market trends and healthcare system of countries in SEE region.

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Requirements:
- Bachelor in nursing
- 2-4 years of nursing experience (ideally ICU, oncology or haemathology)
- Experience in conducting presentations and workshops
- PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Commercial understanding
- Creative
- Continuously update knowledge on relevant clinical practice, standards, procedures and legislation
- Has good understanding of the healthcare industry
- Result oriented,Communicative, flexible, customer focused, self motivated and team player
- Willingness to travel
- Fluent in English and Croatian or Serbian (Slovenian is an added advantage)
- Valid driving license
