Product Head (m/f)
Zagreb
Responsibilities:
• Responsibility for product development, placement, promotion and pricing for new/updated banking products
• Creating operative goals within given framework
• Leading, supervising, controlling and organizing the department
• Development of technical and organizational platforms for new products
• Programs testing, optimization and automatizing of new or improved business processes
• Verification of legal compliance for new products and services
• Creating instructions for new products and services
• Providing support for sales department
• Preparing data for Management Board and for external controls
• Participation in various strategic projects in the Bank
• Collaboration with other departments in finding mutual business solutions

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Requirements:
• Master's degree in economics
• At least 6 years of experience in introducing and developing banking products and services
• Business English proficiency (German language is a plus)
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Accepting challenge, independent and collaborative personality
