Wire Harness 2D Modularisation
Your responsibilities:
In this function you will define the modularisation for vehicle lines to ensure wire harness drawings are in line with customer requirements and timing. You will be involved in the development process from concept phase to mass production.

- Support 2D drawing preparation and provide support in the manufacturing process
- Establish and perform plausibility checks (parallel documentation) and report results
- Present the latest design status & results during regular meetings with the customer
- Ensure data exchange with the customer
- Identify cost saving potential and implement measures accordingly
- Document and archive data and drawings
Your profile:
- Degree in engineering or other technical education
- Experience with wire harness design and/or production
- Knowledge of the Daimler manufacturing processes and tools (e.g. Connect, Smaragd) are of great advantage
- Business fluency in either German or English is mandatory
- Willingness to relocate to Germany
