On behalf of our Client we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated professional at the position of:
Process Engineer (m/f)
- County of Međimurje
Responsibilities:
• Coordinating all aspects of the process engineering, including planning and development
• Monitoring process performance, identify process weaknesses and lead improvements
• Configuring the manufacturing systems to reduce cost, improve sustainability and product quality
• Developing best practices within the production process
• Improving production efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements and equipment layout
• Ensuring the process works at the optimum level in order to meet supply chain needs
• Representing supply chain in new product introduction processes to ensure manufacturability
• Act as the process lead on studies and projects as well as collecting and interpreting data
• Providing technical input into team project work preparing reports, diagrams and charts
• Managing the cost and time constraints of projects
• Recommending capital expenditures and providing project support for approved requests
• Providing technical support to Purchasing for supplier qualification/auditing and component substitution
• Assisting in the preparation of feasibility level capital and operating costs for Croatia production plants
• Demonstrating commitment to safety and performs job duties in accordance with company safety policies and procedures
• Assists with other projects and duties as assigned by management

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor's/Master's degree preferred in an area such as manufacturing, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or engineering technology
• Prior experience required, preferably in manufacturing setting including one year in operations
• English Language (Fluent)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong business oriented and ability of mathematical analysis
• Excellent IT skills (CAD/CAM software; MS Office minimum)
