Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the delivery of monthly and annual CM1 targets.
• Responsible for the development and execution of local Commercial strategy and priorities whilst keeping aligned with Global and Regional plans. Ensuring there is clarity on the customer value proposition for each customer segment.
• Accountable for the result delivery (CM1) derived from sales activities within the targeted portfolio of customers, through personally leading the process of identifying, qualifying, pursuing and winning business opportunities from targeted portfolio of customers.
• Accountable for the implementation and compliance of all relevant approved One Damco commercial ‘ways of working’ blueprints and all associated tools, to continuously drive results from portfolio of customers.
• Position DAMCO as the preferred provider to win Area/Local bids and RFQ
• Accountable for ensuring that customers meet committed levels of volume and traffic profile, and for proactively addressing shortfalls in commitment, with ensuing renegotiations as necessary.
• Responsible for ensuring the Sales Pipeline (CRM) is rich enough to deliver on the above top line growth targets taking into consideration churn, conversion rates, win rates and renewal
• Ensuring that contracts / agreements for all new customers comply with company guidelines, are comprehensively documented, maintained and appropriately communicated to all relevant company and external parties.

• Good team building and leadership skills
• Ability to manage a matrix structure
• Ability to deeply build an understanding of target customers’ strategic intent and current position, thereafter identifying opportunities for partnership
• A proven track record of targeting, pursuing and winning a sizeable portfolio of customers, through personal and collaborative selling efforts
• A proven track record in a matrix, multi-cultural organisation, building strong relationships and networks both locally and internationally
• Highly developed consultative selling approach, persuasiveness and influencing skills
• Well-developed negotiation skills
• Fluency in English and local language (speaks native Croatian)
• Knowledge of the Slovenian, Serbian, Bosnian markets.
