Position:
PRE-SALES Manager, Zagreb - Croatia (m/f)
We are looking for a Presales Manager who, reporting to Head of Sales for Central East Europe, will be accountable, within a defined region:
• to increase our presence in the market and turnover
• to develop new customers or supporting the existing ones according to Sales Strategy
• to support customers with product information, technical information, quotations and all relevant information connected to his presales responsibilities based on Sales strategy and strong coordination with Area Sales Manager and ASS manager
• be responsible for protects management - i.e. Layouts, technical drawings, specifications and quotations in coordination with Area Sates Manager, ASS Manager and Design Department for professional kitchen/laundry systems, supporting all sales team handling over to the customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Increase our sales and market presence
• Develop the customer network looking for new customers or supporting the existing ones (i.e. Product info, quotations, drawings)
• Collect data, in order to execute the preliminary draft and drawings for the estimate
• Go through all the technical drawings, needed for the engineering design of facilities
• Able to develop good communication skills maintaining positive and effective working relationships with clients

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
KNOWLEDGE. SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
• University Degree (from Technical School is a must - preferably Mechanical Engineering)
• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience
• Knowledge of AutoCAD (needs to be able to open and read it) and MS Office programmes
• Good communication and networking skills
• Able to deal with complexity, analytical, creative
• Detail oriented, accurate
• Able to work autonomously
• Team player
• Appliances and market knowledge would be an asset (experience in similar business)
REQUIRED LANGUAGES
• Croatian
• Very good command of written and spoken English is a must
