On behalf of our Client we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated professional at the position of:
Pre-Production Manager (m/f)
Northwest Croatia
Responsibilities:
• Identification of customer`s requirements related to the technological process of production
• Reviews of technical documentation
• Clarification of technical details of the products with customers
• Organization of technological processes – scheduling technologists to individual product groups
• Organization of the CNC programming
• Planning, scheduling and monitoring of work activities according to delivery plans
• Suggesting the process optimizations and improvements related to technological procedures
• Suggestions for department development
• Expert knowledge contribution to engineering materials, technologies, metal production, machining, welding and surface protection
• Providing high quality organization, leadership and motivation for the team

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor's / Master's degree in mechanical engineering
• minimum of 3 years’ experience at similar positions in manufacturing
• English language (fluent), German language is an advantage
• Excellent IT skills
• Good knowledge of construction design software
• Good self-organization, persistence, proactivity and flexibility
