For our Client`s project in Uzbekistan we are seeking professionals at position of
Power Supply/SCADA Engineer-Supervision (m/f)

Responsibilities:
- Involvement during tender procedure, responsibility for the technical part of tender documents
- Responding to the inquiries made by bidders during tender procedure
- Assistance in technical evaluation of the bids
- Supervising contact system works
- Supervising works on sectionalizing poles and OCS
- Supervising SCADA (supervisory control and data acquisition) works
- Supervising substation construction works
- Ensuring that all actions are performed according to the guidelines and regulations of the project (drawings, method statements etc.)
- Reporting all supervision activities performed on site to the Team Leader
- Implementing FAT/SAT (Review FAT/SAT proposals, prepare and carry out FAT/SAT, prepare FAT/SAT documentation)
- Preparing work progress reports on the request of Team Leader
- Check, review and prepare the approval of method statements and materials

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Profile:
- University degree (M.Sc.) in Electrical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering with emphasis on power supply and SCADA (supervisory control and data acquisition)
- Long professional experience as railway engineer, at least 15 years
- Experience in railways of CIS preferred
- Knowledge and experience in rail safety standards and installation mandatory
- English skills, Russian skills, at least one language shall be fluent by speaking and writing
- Experience in interface management, project management, claim management and in contractual law
- Ability of working under extreme climate conditions
- Willingness to re-locate to Uzbekistan for at least 3 years
- Effective communication, teambuilding qualities highly desirable
