we are looking for:
Operations Director (m/f)
- Bulgaria -
Purpose of the Job:
Manages the planning, organization and control of the activities related with the production, technical operations, capital construction, quality assurance and laboratories in all Client’s production facilities.
Main Accountabilities:
• Participates in the formulation of policies, which determine the direction of development of the company, together with other members of the senior management team of the company;
• Participates in setting the corporate goals and formulates or approves policies and programmers;
• Organizes, manages, controls and assesses the overall operations of the company with the assistance of the managers on intermediate level;
• Develops the strategy for development, the business plan, and the budget for the operations he is responsible for;
• Makes the operative plans and implements the operational budget approved by the Board of Directors regarding the activities for which he is responsible for;
• Coordinates and controls the implementation of large scale projects;
• Allocates material, human and financial resources intended for the implementation of the corporate policies and programmers;
• Controls the supply of the production process with the necessary technical documentation, equipment, instruments, materials and assembly details;

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Requirements:
• University degree preferably in in the field of Food technologies/Biotechnologies
• Managerial experience - at least 7-10 years experience of which at least 5 years in managerial positions, experience with manufacturing of alcoholic products and wine will be an advantage;
• Excellent computer literacy – WORD, EXCEL, ERP, SAP;
• Driving license B category
• Personal skills:
o Strategic mind
o Excellent project management skills
o Excellent networking skills
o Excellent negotiations skills
o Excellent communication skills
o Capacity for quick adaptation to different cultures
• Professional aptitudes:
o Identifying opportunities for development
