Your responsibilities will include:
• Office management
• Support in corporate administration
• Support in personnel management - helping arrange interviews, process contracts, delivering documentation and co-ordination with Head Office
• Managing car fleet in Croatia
• Managing incoming documentation - forwarding to Pepco Poland or to relevant operational specialists
• Support in store management - ensuring deliveries of store supplies, stationary, various local admin procedures, support in co-ordinating essential suppliers e.g. music, cash desks, terminals, insurance.
O zaposleniku
• 1-3 years of experience in similar area
• English - advanced
• Ability to solve problems
• High level of organisational skills
• Openness to change
• Very good communication skills and client orientation,
• Ability to make decicions and work in team
