MEDICAL REPRESENTATIVE m/f (for Pharmaceutical industry)
- 2 candidates
- location: Zagreb County
The client is an international pharmaceutical company, an innovative leader in specific OTC products.
Responsibilities:
Main tasks and responsibilities:
• perform individual visits and double (in this direct manager, product manager or other senior manager) customer doctors, pharmacists, other customers(regional distributors, medical associations regional public or private) in order to promote products, according marketing strategy;
• do (and up-dates every 6 months) database of physicians and pharmacies targeted in the regions visited, both the place of residence, and in regions adjacent to distance no greater than 30 0Km;
• the number of customer visits per day is at least 14 and the ratio between them made visits to different clients is variable and determined by the management company in accordance with the marketing strategy;
• make achievements of reports activity on her daily activities carried out (visits to doctors, pharmacies, regional distributors), in accordance with company policies under the direct guidance of supervisor;
• organizes and conducts presentations of products of a company to customers (groups 0 to 3 people) within the budget approved in advance;
• actively participate in meetings and events organized by the company (meetings, trainings) when invited;

The criteria general and specific evaluations are part of the Internal Regulations, according to the legislation in force, as follows:
knowledge of the activities specific to the job, quality of work, the procedures / instructions received (including deadlines), ability to self-improvement, responsiveness to requests firm, personal qualities, discipline, dynamic personal development and skills appropriate station, communication skills e.
Qualitative evaluation semester and others that may influence the continuity in the company
Qualifications:
• University or college degree in medicine, pharmacy or stomatology
• a minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in the position of MEDICAL REP in pharmaceutical industry
• high level of computer literacy ( Ms Office)
• fluent English, B-category driving license, active driver
• organized, ready to learn, communicative, eloquent, with good sales skills
TRIAL PERIOD: 6 months
EMPLOYMENT: fulltime 40hrs/week
Start of work: October/ November 2016 / or according to the agreement with the client
Salary: will be discussed at an interview
