Required university degree: Master’s degree in Medicine, Dental medicine, Veterinary medicine, Pharmacy, Biotechnology
We are looking for an active, ambitious and energetic candidate with min. 2 years’ experience at the same position in some domestic/international OTC company.
A person who is organized, focused and multi-tasking; a person who can lead 2 - 5 medical representatives.
A communicative person who can work in a team as well as lead the team, who is internationally oriented and open for cooperation.
A person who would like to develop in the company in future.
Experience in OTC products is an advantage; preferably respiratory, otorhinolaryngology and urology domain, but it is not obligatory.
A must for this position:
- The educational background
- 2 years’ experience at the same position
- A good knowledge of OTC market in Croatia
- Previous experience of working as a Medical rep for some pharmaceutical company - excellent English in writing and speech
- Experience in the management of medical reps
- B-category; readiness for travelling if necessary
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing of products (setting of marketing strategies, adaptation of promo materials, translations/ presentations, contact with KOLS)
- the preparation of budget, communication with HQs, communication with distributors, pharmacy chains and other customers, assistance to the Director in the important issues
- Leading of medical reps (2-5), support/ education to medical reps; organization and control of their visits
The client offers:
- A permanent job in a smaller international company (an indefinite period contract, trial period of 6 months)
- Monthly net salary from 1500-2000 EUROS
- Mobile phone, lap top and a company car for private use
