Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in managing an international production plant, combined with a university degree in engineering
- good knowledge of manufacturing methods with hands-on LEAN experience
- fluency in English is mandatory, familiarity with the local language and working environment is highly desirable (foreign citizens are also welcome)
- excellent PC skills and exposure to ERP
- energy and drive for achieving, keen on order and planning, systematic and diligent professional
- strong focus on quality and safety principles, capability to lead by example
- willingness to relocate to the site on the long term basis
Job description:
- full responsibility for managing the production plant operations in Serbia / Gruža
- securing that the plant is aligning group's highest requirements for quality, quantity and timeliness
- enforce implementation of ISO quality standards and goals, as well as highly demanding HSE policies
- liaison between internal and external stakeholders as well as being the official representative to local authorities
- managing and developing the Gruža plant as a world class manufacturing facility
- management and controlling of plant departments, ensuring implementation of group strategy, values and philosophy
- further development of strategic and operative plans for the local plant, based on overall company goals
- responsible for manpower enlargement by recruitment, allocation and organizational development
