Managing Director for a small Hotel in western coast of Istria (f/m, full-time)
On behalf of our customer, a renowned, diversified and internationally operating company we are looking for an experienced hotel- and apartment management executive. The offer is a full-time job and our customer is looking for a long-term engagement.
The property to be managed is a 20+ rooms structure and additionally 2 apartment units (total 12 keys) taken over by our client recently.

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
The basic requirements in terms of the profile are:
• Experience in hospitality industry and full dedication to host international guests
• Multilingual (Croatian, English, Italian and ideally German)
• Natural friendliness and a strong will to care for guests and their needs
• Ability to work in an family like employees environment and to motivate them and organize their daily tasks
• Excellent knowledge in usage of online-booking tools and general allotment handling procedures
• IT knowledge on advanced user level
• Awareness of guest requirements and the ability to support task
Special requirements
A small hotel operation demands a special person with a “yes we can” character, willing to engage personally in many daily routines. Besides the office-jobs like buying and marketing and reporting, it may demand personal engagement in operational tasks like quick-fix of room issues, small maintenance tasks; supporting f & b services and care for guest relations and guest requirements.
A couple located (or willing to relocate to Istria), sharing the love for hospitality business and the experience running a hotel like a family business would be the preferred solution.
