We are the leader of the European building glass processing sector. We collaborate with leading producers of windows and façades. We have the state of the art machinery. We have been implementing individual service systems and keep expanding our production potential.
For our new factory in Croatia, in Varaždin, we are looking for candidates for the position of:
Maintenance manager (m/f)
THE PERSON HIRED FOR HIS POSITION WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
• managing subordinate team of employees, creating positive atmosphere and motivating staff
• supervision over the installation and commissioning works on newly installed machinery
• effectively keeping the machinery maintenance level to avoid the breakdowns at optimum material usage and utility costs
• supervision of implementing and enforcing procedures concerning industrial safety and protecting the plant
• reliable spare parts warehouse management
• cooperation with international units of the company and reporting to the Technical Director

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
WE EXPECT FROM CANDIDATES:
• a minimum of technical education in the fields: mechanics, electricity, energetics, automatics, mechatronics or related
• experience in the management spare parts warehouse
• communicative knowledge of English
• knowledge and experience in the supervision of technical infrastructure
• ability to manage a team
• ability to work under time pressure
• ability of analytical thinking and creativity
• experience in a similar role working with modern machinery would be appreciated
