Your challenge
• To enhance the image of Philips Lighting as the most professional and preferred business partner
• To be the local center of expertise about lighting (norms, standards, application know how, schemes)
• To create lighting designs and offer lighting solutions for projects in line with customer requirements / specifications
Your responsibilities
• To process lighting design and Project quotation of luminaires and lamps according to Key Account Managers / Account Manager Demands
• To spot trends in lighting applications (incl. controls) to guide & support innovations in lighting
• To provide light technical expertise and application know how internally (sales team) and externally (customers)
• To support customers with technical consultancy
May lead small application projects, managing a small number of people
• To be engaged in fairs and training of customers
• To formulate the solution for (technical) partial problems by combining previous experiences based upon technical analysis and (feasibility) studies.

• Engineering educational background (preferably lighting)
