Manpower Croatia for a Client, leader in his industry, is looking for a candidate to fulfil a position of:
Lead Engineer (m/f)
- Zagreb -
Key responsibilities:
- Lead engineer on projects
- Managing all engineering project aspects
- Leading all engineering teams on a project
- Responsibility for development and completion of all necessary project documentation; Civil works design, mechanical design, HVAC design, electrical design
- Development and coordination of detailed technical solution with other project team members
- Control and approval of project documentation
- Project material, equipment and subcontractor services definition as part of engineering
- Planning and definition of project activities and time-plan together with project manager and site managers
- Overseeing the material ordering process
- Subcontractors scope of work definition, regards to technical details definitions, to execution instructions
- On site commissioning, site acceptance test and project delivery.

Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years prior experience in managing project engineering teams (civil work, electrical, mechanical and HVAC)
- University degree
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required
- Excellent knowledge of English language
- Must be PC proficient
