We are looking for an experienced Key user for software implementation and IT support. The key user would be an employee of the company and will provide introduction of software and expert advice to team member and vendor after. We are looking for a reliable person that will support the extension and depth of integration and represents the professional interests of the department in the project team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Service provider for implementation, integration and consulting of Project management, CRM, DMS applications.
• SPOC (single point of contact) for colleagues in CO.DIGITAL, IT vendor and the project manager.
• Responsibility for requirement gathering, gap analysis, testing, user training conducting, application documentation and interface to end - customers.
• Autonomously conduct necessary training for existing and new system users
• Leading implementation of new functionalities into existing systems
• Writing specifications for new systems that will be necessary
• Be familiar with all SW systems used by the CO. Digital
• Perform end user training during the project and after going live.

• Minimum 3 years experience in systems implementation and support
• Proven experience in SW system implementation
• An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Experience in international organization will be considered as an advantage
