Responsibilities:
- Daily contact with our automotive client’s dealership and repairers through a custom digital platform.
- Verification and analysis of warranty claims based on client’s warranty claims processes and other available internal resources (catalogs, sales information etc.)
- Point of contact for the German speaking countries when solving issues
- Running queries and documentation as part of the support
