STRABAG Sub-Divison Building Construction and Civil Engineering Southeast Europe West is looking for a Support of their Contract Management, especially for Projects in Croatia and neighboring countries. As Junior Contract Manager you are
expected to perform your tasks autonomously, with the main Focus being on contract- and claim management.

Responsibilities:
• Supporting operatives and construction sites in any kind of contractual issues and contractural correspondence
• Claim management
• Supporting the operative management in contract negotiations with clients, partners and designers
• Supporting operatives and construction sites in establishing subcontracts
• Contract analysis and risk assessment in pre-tender phase

• Education: Civil Engineering or in similar construction-related studies, Quantity Surveyor or similar
• At least 2 years of work experience as Contract or Claim Manager - Knowledge of the procedures and contractual structure of (big) construction Projects required
• Interested in construction law and construction economics
• Mobility and willingness to travel
• Good MS-Office - Knowledge
• Dedicated commitment, flexibility, team player, autonomy
• Perfect croation and english language skills
