SUMMARY:
We want you to be a successful professional, in a team of young and bright technical experts, We're resolving together issues on behalf of the biggest global IT company for our corporate customers. Your focus will be on products and applications related to Office365, Exchange, Lync, and others. You'll i undergo a comprehensive training on procedures and technologies. After that you will work on resolving a moderate number of complex cases each day, with intensive analytical client-facing teamwork.
The focus is NOT on handling incoming calls: we offer serious technical support work in an environment of service excellence. These skills are highly transferrable across various industries and roles. This can greatly add to the value of your professional assets.
