Specific responsibilities include:
• Planning and executing the marketing program for targeted IT pro audience
• Driving interactive marketing activities such as email, web, blogs, online communities and e-seminars to ensure maximum coverage and readiness
• Developing content calendar for IT Pros, Developers and MVP community
• Growing relationships - Through the understanding of their needs, enable, differentiate and grow user groups.
• Driving and increasing certification rates for the targeted audience
• Budget allocation and tracking, monthly reporting
A successful candidate will have:
• Good know-how of Microsoft platform.
• Ability to work against tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills - ability to present at all levels of the organization and a positive public representative for Microsoft to outside organizations.
• Communication and work skills that enable collaborative work with other teams and people, inside and outside Microsoft.
• Drive for results and self motivation
