IT BUSINESS ANALYSIS SPECIALIST (m/f)
We are currently looking for an IT Business Analysis Specialist to join our IT Business Analysis Department. You will be responsible for fostering re-utilization of existing products and services and to link functionalities from different parts of our portfolio in order to contain cost, reduce risk and increase efficiency.
Candidates for this position should be interested in:
• Collecting information and performing business analysis related to new change requests and projects,
• Suggesting improvements and proposing solutions for re-utilization and standardization of products and services,
• Preparing functional, architectural and technical analysis and associated documentation,
• Preparing presentations, new design and solution proposals and associated documentation,
• Collaborating with IT, Business and other departments to share knowledge and ideas for company growth.

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Required qualifications are:
• University degree or equivalent professional education in business informatics with economic, technical, computer science or related area background,
• Knowledge of relevant systems analysis and project management methods,
• Good command of English language (both written and spoken).
Good to have qualifications:
• 1 or more years of experience in IT software development methods, techniques and processes,
• Knowledge of accounting and its integration in transaction elaboration processes,
• Basic knowledge of programing language (Java, .NET, C/C++) and database SQL queries,
• General knowledge of card business technology and processes.
