Job description:
• Working as a team member for the public and private sector clients in advisory projects related to following areas:
• IT strategy
• Improving efficiency and/or service quality of the IT organization
• Developing conceptual architecture for IT solutions
• Developing functional and non-functional requirement documents for IT procurements
• Supporting Clients on selection of the IT solutions
• Quality assurance service during IT implementation projects
• IT audits, support to financial audits and IT risk management
• Preparation of proposals and client presentations, performing client workshops and supervising analytical tasks like business process mapping and modeling, cost benefit analysis, gathering of system requirements and etc.
• Project management responsibilities and supporting sales and market development
• Establishing, maintaining and strengthening internal and external relationships

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Requirements for candidates:
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in IT
• University education (Faculty of Economics (Managerial Informatics); Faculty of Organization and Informatics or Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing (FER))
• Technical knowledge of applications, application technology and solutions area like ERP, CRM, HCM etc…
• Expertise in design and implementation of major software packages (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Hyperion, Siebel, a.s.o.) would be considered as an advantage
• Experience related to IT consulting is considered an advantage
• Outstanding results in previous work and studies
• Very strong ambitions and priorities related professional achievements - your work is more important for you than for many other people
• Fluent written and spoken English and Croatian
• Hard working, problem solving capabilities, can do attitude and ability to work under pressure
• Experience in working with clients is considered as an advantage
• Knowledge of relevant performance improvement/BPR, system development/implementation and project management methods
• Understanding of management concepts in areas of business strategy, organizational development, performance measurement, operations management, finance and IT
