We are looking for a new professional at the position of:
Internal IT Consultant (m/f)
- Zagreb
Responsibilities:
• Analyses of key users´ requirements and proposal of solutions based on MS Dynamics NAV platform (version 2009, 2016)
• Preparation of design proposal for external developers
• Training of key-users and users
• Testing of new functionalities
• Proposals for process/function enhancements within an organization
• Cooperation with other back office departments within organization and with European IT department
• Support of key-users/users
• Participation in other activities regarding IT system and telecommunication structures (maintenance / requirements / security measures / commission).

Requirements:
• University degree in Information Technology or Economics
• Experience with consultancy/implementation of MS Dynamics NAV or other ERP system
• Experience with analyses and proposals of new functions and integration of ERP with other external systems
• Knowledge of project methodology like IPMA, Prince 2 and ITIL is advantage
• Driver`s license
• C1 level of English in speech and writing
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Communicative and affable personality
• Willing to travel in Adria region occasionally
