Opis radnog mjesta:
Successful candidate will work with public institutions, municipalities and other beneficiaries in supporting the preparation and implementation of EU funded infrastructure programs and projects.
Responsibilities of the position:
• Working as project manager or team member for the advisory projects related to following areas:
o Preparation of the infrastructure support programs and strategies,
o Performing feasibility studies, risk assessment and cost benefit analysis for infrastructure
projects,
o Prepare infrastructure project funding applications,
o Supporting implementation of the infrastructure projects as a leader or member of the
project management office.
• Supervise and coach junior colleagues in order help them to develop their career and skills set
• Manage and prepare proposals for public tenders

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
• Engineering degree from an university
• Minimum of five years of work experience related preparation and/or implementation of
infrastructure projects in transportation or environment sector
• Experience related to preparation and/or implementation of government, EU or other donor funded
infrastructure projects in transportation or environment sector
• Experience in financial and risk management related to infrastructure projects
• Experience and knowledge related to EU programming and funding mechanisms
• Managerial experience either from management of an organizational unit in public sector or from
management of consulting projects
• MBA or other university degree in business or finance topics is considered as an advantage
• Minimum of five years of work experience related preparation and/or implementation of
infrastructure projects in transportation or environment sector
• Experience related to preparation and/or implementation of government, EU or other donor funded
infrastructure projects in transportation or environment sector
• Experience in financial and risk management related to infrastructure projects
• Experience and knowledge related to EU programming and funding mechanisms
• Managerial experience either from management of an organizational unit in public sector or from
management of consulting projects
• MBA or other university degree in business or finance topics is considered as an advantage
