Our Client, Transcom is the leading outsourced customer care service provider in the country which operates out of two locations in Croatia, OSIJEK and PULA, with a current total capacity of over 670 workstations and more than 1000 employees who provide services in Croatian, German, Italian and other European languages. The portfolio of services ranges from customer care, back office and administrative support, technical support, win-back activities, market research, complaint handling, as well as telemarketing and telesales.

Human Resources Recruiter (m/f)
Pula, Croatia
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for recruitment, selection, hiring, engagement and retention of employees
• Participate in description of competences and measurement methods for each vacancy
• Use the variety of methods of selection such as tests and interviews with adapting them to match the required profiles
• Coordinate activities with the heads of services
• Manage the database of candidates in external selection and internal promotion process
• Prepare activity reports and process improvement proposals to management
• Follow the established quality procedures and standards as well as company’s values
• Lead and inspire employees to reach their full potential

Profile:
• University diploma or degree (Psychology, Pedagogical Studies, Work Studies or similar)
• Specific training and/or work experience in Human Resources Management, Competence Management and/or Selection
• Minimum two years’ experience as a Recruiter and Trainer in mass recruitment
• Very good level of English; excellent level of Italian (third language knowledge desired)
• Self-motivated, result oriented
• Commercially minded and committed to quality
• Analytical and able to make decisions based on facts and figures
• Flexible for change/improvements and enjoy a lively environment
• Display the leadership potential
