First Line Sales Manager (m/f)
- responsibility for whole Croatia -

You hold the University degree, preferably in medicine, pharmacy or related area and have several years of experience in a similar position with people responsibility Fluent English knowledge, both written and spoken and computer proficiency are obligatory.

Your main task will be to manage, direct and motivate a team of Medical Representatives and to give instructions and support them in their relation with clients. Planning and managing the development of the sales activities in order to assure efficient use of resources and target fulfillment will also be a part of your activities. Successful holder of this position will contribute to the regional budgetary income and maximize sales, in accordance with the company’s sales target within the approved financial policies.

This position requires a customer oriented person with strong leadership, presentation and negotiation skills as well as a result oriented and action driven team player willing to travel extensively throughout the country.
