Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Previous extensive experience in a Finance managerial role with the emphasis on both, local statutory reporting and tax regulations as well as corporate reporting are essential requirements for the position. Fluent English knowledge is a prerequisite for the successful completion of working tasks while US GAAP experience and knowledge of Oracle ERP would be a plus.
Finance & Administration Manager as a Key member of the Croatia management team will manage the financial activities including operational finance, planning and accounting tasks. This position will be instrumental in the development, implementation and maintenance of tactical plans to achieve country objectives. Responsibility for human resources activities as well as efficient management of the relationships with external suppliers will also be responsibility of this person. The candidate has an accounting or audit background completed by 3-5 years of experience in the Financial Analysis & reporting position.
The person will act as a strong business partner especially with the General Manager. We offer a great opportunity for development in a challenging environment of an international company.
