Our client is a leading law firm with an international presence. They seek a talented, hardworking senior Croatian energy lawyer to be based in Zagreb.
Our ideal candidate will be a qualified Croatian lawyer with significant experience in Energy law. You will be expected to handle cases related to use and regulation of electricity, natural gas and oil, including rate regulation, energy purchase and sale, public utilities, energy facility licensing, and deregulation of power and electric companies and conduct research on appropriate legal issues and advise on new energy and corporate law cases. You will also be expected to draft legal documents relating to Energy law in English.
Requirements
• Between 4 – 8 years’ experience gained in Energy law in an international or Croatian law firm
• Strong English and Croatian language skills (both verbal, written and drafting ability); German would be an asset
• A well-known lawyer in Croatia
