JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: DTP Graphic Designer
Place: Zagreb
Period: probationary period of three months
Responsible/Reporting To: Digital Brand Producer and Digital Brand Manager

We are looking for an experienced DTP with excellent commercial and business awareness. As a graphic designer you'll need to listen to clients and understand their needs before making design decisions. You will be expected to bring-in high service standards and practices, improve existing ones in order to facilitate and nurture a key client account and company growth. RESPONSIBILITIES
• Takes business needs and product requirements and transforms them into user-focused and intuitive web, mobile and product experiences always keeping in mind the client’s business goals
• Creates UL mock-ups, user flows and functional specifications to maximize usability and performance of design
• Creates presentation materials that effectively communicate design concepts to team, leader, director and to various internal and external audiences.
• Works with Brand Design leadership to ensure feasibility of designs, budget, functional needs and overall project needs.
• Demonstrates expert-level knowledge of current trends in color, technology, communications, experience, art and other design influences.
• Designs and delivers digital assets for clients
• Produces internal company's marketing presentations and promotional materials
• Performs other duties in accordance to the immediate manager’s orders (head of projects).

• Degree or Advanced Diploma in relevant field
• Minimum 2 years experience within an agency working on small to medium sized digital projects
• have excellent computer skills and knowledge
• be creative, with an eye for good design
• be able to prioritise a varied workload
• work well under pressure and to strict deadlines
• be flexible and able to adapt quickly to new creative briefs
• work methodically and pay attention to detail
• be able to work independently as well as in a team
• be able to follow a design brief closely and accurately.
• Experience in international organization will be considered as an advantage
