JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Digital Brand Producer
Place: Zagreb
Period: probationary period of three months
Supervisor to: Designers, Developers, Suppliers
Responsible/Reporting To: Sr. Digital Brand Production Manager and HoP

We are looking for an experienced Digital Brand Producer with strong background in e-commerce. You will co -ordinate, supervise and plan projects involving the creation of digital media. You will collaborate with multiple project teams or departments to oversee the design and development of a range of digital campaigns. Also, as a Digital brand producer you will have to ensure that the work that is being produced is within brand guidelines and has been Quality Assured. RESPONSIBILITIES
• Translating clients brief into intuitive products along with producers, designers and developers
• Coordinates and schedule designers and developers according to daily, weekly and monthly agenda
• Providing info about any supplier for database of suppliers with their services and prices
• Monitors producers, designers and developers in project executions and ensures high-quality projects
• Track hours of producers, designers and developers spent on project and delivers info about spent and invoiced hours, billable and investment hours to Sr. Dig.Brand Production Manager
• Delivers info to her supervisor about Project Hours so he/she can create invoices and follow the payment date
• Actively participates in the processes for improvement of services and products, that are offered to clients by providing suggestions to Sr. Dig.Brand Production Manager through PM tool (Teamwork or other platform)
• Produces weekly and monthly reports
• Creates info for case studies about every realized project. Clear form for delivery of info will be defined by her supervisor and Head of Projects
• Performs day-to-day activities according to rules and profession standards as well as other activities and tasks considering working processes
• Performs other duties in accordance to the immediate manager’s orders (head of projects)
• Takes responsibility for meeting properly all detailed requirements and campaign guidelines for each asset that is produced and delivered.
• Supports all stages of production including proposals, design, pre-production, production and post-production.

• Degree or Advanced Diploma in relevant field
• Minimum 2 years experience within an agency working on small to medium sized digital projects
• An analytical mind with problem-solving skills with ability to prioritise workload
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong interpersonal, communication , presentation and teamwork skills
• Ability to work along with creatives and designers
• Availability and after work hours
• Experience in international organization will be considered as an advantage
