We are looking for colleagues with good negotiation skills, persuasive and able to adapt to customer needs.
The job is located in Ploiesti, near Bucharest.
Job responsabilities:
- Retrieve orders by phone / fax / email
- Advising customers on suitable products from the company product range;
- Respond to customer needs regarding general and special inquiries, sales and services
- Inform customer about specific products, policies and processes
- Entering orders into the system
- Inform customers about ongoing offers
- Inform customers regarding the characteristics of the lenses
- Advising clients and giving them the best solution related to medical prescriptions
- Answer customer questions related to their orders
