Working on behalf of our clients the Customer Service Representative will be the entry and distribution point for all calls received for the technical support. The Customer Service Representative is required to collect all relevant information with reference to case status, set the correct customer expectation and route the call correctly, in a fast, efficient and friendly manner. |
