Customer Service Representative
Job Description:
Position is part of the customer support chain in the line of contact between Stream and our customers. Working on behalf of our clients the Customer Service Representative will be the entry and distribution point for all calls received for the technical support. The Customer Service Representative is required to collect all relevant information with reference to case status, set the correct customer expectation and route the call correctly, in a fast, efficient and friendly manner.

• Work Permit on the cost of the Employer, estimate period of issuance, according EU regulation is 2.5 months.
