Customer Service / Purchasing Support Associate (m/f)
Zagreb
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional service to Customers before, during and after the purchase.
- Ensure accurate and efficient Customer's order processing in accordance with Company's policies and procedures.
- Receive and process orders from customers assisting them with pricing, availability and alternate products.
- Control customer's credit limit and payment aging.
- Create billing documents.
- Ensure proper recording and reporting of daily sales.
- Handle inbound reception/import documentation.
- Coordinate customs clearing with local agents.
- Manage and report on inventory: final goods aging, inventory movements and waste management.
- Maintain business profitability through optimal implementation of purchasing policy, standards and procedures based on fundamental business indicators (financial impact, time, quality, stock level, internal and external relations development).
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
- Full business proficiency in English
- Minimum one year experience at similar positions in customer service, international trade process coordination, vendor management and negotiations
- Experience in cooperation with factories is considered as an advantage
- Persuasive with partners to achieve mutual goals
- Well-organized, precise and detail-oriented
- Excellent team player
