Position includes:
Daily contacts with customers through all available communication channels
Proactively registering new customers and monitoring sales within HoReCa segment
Completing and maintaining a database of customers and control of entered data
Analysis of customers in HoReCa segment and drive actions based on findings
Implementation of specific projects and the achievement of the set targets
Full ownership & accountability of own portfolio including monitoring of process, growth, frequency & profitability

Znanja i kvalifikacije:

Minimum high school diploma
Al least two years of working experience in relevant industry
Fluency in English language (written and spoken)
Drivers licence (B category)
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Customer orientation with focus on HoReCa
Team work, flexibility and ability to manage change process
