Customer Experience Specialist (m/f)

Zagreb or remote anywhere from Croatia
Responsibilities:
- Communication with a portfolio of clients
- Answering customer queries and complaints via email, chat and/or telephone
- Accomplishing results on your own and with your team
- Inbound and outbound call handling to deliver consistent results (cross selling/overselling)
Who are we looking for?
- We are looking for people to work from the office in Zagreb or remote anywhere from Croatia
- French, German, English, Spanish, Italian, Dutch or Swedish as native/high level language and fluency in another one
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Empathy
- Proactivity
- Previous experience in Customer Support/ Sales is not must have, but a big plus!
Qualifications:
- You must have an outgoing personality along with an exceptional level of drive and a desire to learn new skills and to build a career in sales
- You should have excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously.
Requirements:
- Firm commitment for a long term cooperation
- Knowledge of another European language will be considered an advantage
- Open to challenges and striving to achieve targets
- Hunger for growth and ambition
- You are available to work from Monday to Friday (8h/day)
