IGS ltd - Social Enterprise, in partnership with Students Lab, aims at the growth of intellectual capital and development of excellence; at students’ education on business ethics and legality; at sharing the principles of Internet safety; at the creation of an effective connection between education and job; at the development of transversal skills in order to promote a new entrepreneurial culture and to spread the techniques of innovation.
“Studying to create work, not to look for it” , is the slogan of our labs, which are realized through the creation and management by students of real enterprises operating in a well-protected context and producing goods or providing services.
Profile
In regard to the project proposed, IGS ltd is looking for young collaborators in Croatia preferably University students between 20-26 years old, living in Zagreb and with a deep knowledge of their own language, territory and scholastic system. We’re looking for people with developed interpersonal skills, able to create engagement with young students, willing to work in the dynamic context of education.
This resource has the task to spread Students Lab programmes around secondary schools of his/her territory, aiming to develop attitudes and skills through the creation of an enterprise. This resource has to get in contact with schools, companies, teachers and so on and create link between them.
Tasks and responsibilities
- To coordinate on your territory the diffusion and management of IGS programmes IN YOUR COUNTRY.
- As an Assistant, you will work in a flexible way, joining the free training session in Italy and you will be given all the relevant material in your support.
- As a Trainer, you will work with young students and will supervise projects of simulation of enterprise creation.
- To work with students to realise Project works.
- To create a network between students and institutions
Terms and conditions
1° step. Job interview via Skype.
2° step. Free preparatory stage: training period in Italy in our main office (accommodation and board provided).
3° step. Professional collaboration with IGS in your country for 20 hours per week, mainly during mornings.
