COUNTRY MANAGER - CROATIA

Responsibilities: Your major responsibility would be achieving of the defined financial and strategic objectives for the territory as a whole and for its individual key accounts: preparation sales forecasts and budgets for seed business in Croatia, monitoring sales volume, revenues and costs against forecasts and given PO budgets to identify problem areas. The job would require responsibilities for developing sales, marketing and development activities in seed business in Croatia in general. Furthermore, you will be responsible for implementing business strategies to achieve profitable business relationships and identify new revenue opportunities on the market. Special attention would be made on ensuring of strategic alignment between company’s distributors and company itself and helping and supporting them in this respect. One of the paramount tasks would be also to work with the distributors in the area to achieve common business and strategic goals. Also, it is expected of you to lead negotiations with customers in this area and to represent company in Business groups and associations in the country. Very important for this job position would be managing and monitoring performance of local team, providing help in achieving their targets and building and developing winning teams. You will also be engaged in monitoring and reporting regularly on competitive activities as well as reviewing and monitoring implementation of marketing strategic plans.

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Requirements: Feel free to apply if you have BSc. Or Master degree in Agriculture, with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Sales and Marketing management positions (experience with seeds, pesticides or mineral fertilizers would be treated as an advantage). Also, if you have experience with building sustainable customer relationships, winning teams, building communicating with impact and coaching of people, you can be our ideal candidate. It is considered that this person is computer literate (MS Office) and fluent knowledge of English language is required.
