Opis radnog mjesta:
The Group's main area of activity started with the telematics service established in 2003, which has since been based on more and more complex technology and service every day, meeting the growing requirements. With the use of the WebEye system, we help customers with a vehicle fleet to achieve a controlled, transparent, competitive operation in the field of fleet management. Our service focuses on reducing our customers'; operating costs (fuel, administration, communication, etc.). Relying on the WebEye applications and our employees' work, we provide maintenance, customer service, support and consultancy in 14 European countries, so that our cooperation with customers contributes to improving their company's efficiency.

Responsibilities:
• Management of the Croatian and Slovenian company: sales, administration, financial, technical
- The workplace is Zagreb
• All reporting from the countries (administration, sales, financial situation, human resources etc.)
• Business development, key account management, negotiation of contracts
• Reporting to the Regional Manager

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Expectations:
• Sales experience
• 5+ years of experience with managing people
• Proficiency in English
• University degree (prefer economic degree)
• conduct recruitment related meetings with suitable candidates selected by HR department
• establish market segmentation & sales action plan in according with company policies and guidelines
• lead & inspire the local sales team
• coordinate sales & technical operations to reach optimal efficiency
• drive the results, own & present the entity performance to the upper management

Additional information:
• No power to sign in the name of the company
• Not responsible for book keeping
• No strict requirement of having experience in a specific market segment (advantage)
• Experience with country management is beneficial

• Proficiency in English
