For the Croatian and Slovenian market, our client is seeking an energetic, ambitious and charismatic candidate for the position of:
Country Manager (m/f) Croatia/Slovenia
Responsibilities:
• P & L, budget and target achieving responsibility for both countries
• Business development and increasing market share in Croatia and in Slovenia by stimulating sales
• Development of a trustful and close business relationships with major clients regionally and transnationally
• Preparation and implementation of POS business and marketing strategies
• Steering sales activities by proactive support to the management team
• Market research, including tracing the competition as well as new trends
• Close cooperation with the HQ

Requirements:
• University degree (technical or business specialization)
• Verifiable experience in a similar position – ideally in a multinational environment
• Provable results, such as increased market share, expansion, growth of profits
• Excellent knowledge of business issues
• Documented success in selling and managing sales, both direct and indirect, with a large base of customers, from small and medium to large key accounts
• Excellent knowledge of English and/or German language and native speaker in Croatian or Slovenian language
• Proactive approach, analytical thinking, strong service orientation and orientation on solution and long-term results
• Strong, dynamic personality with a natural authority and a pleasant demeanor
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Cooperative leadership style
• Hands-on mentality and positive attitude
• Self-motivated, hard-working, stress resistant, loyal and honest
