The client is a leading financial services group having operations in over 130 countries with 700 offices and 40.000 employees.

Job Description
• The CFM will be responsible for Slovenia, Croatia and Serbia and will be reporting to the headquarters in Hungary.
• The CFM should be responsible for CF transaction origination, involvement in transaction execution, also in promoting core services (audit/tax) of the client.
• The CFM will be occasionally involved in CF transaction execution projects outside the Northern-Adriatic region.

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Qualifications/ Background
• University or College degree, preferably in Finance
• min. 6 years of Corporate Finance experience (investment bank, corporate finance boutique, M&A department of larger company and/or at a Big 4 firm)
• Native Croatian/Slovenian, preferably Serbian. English is a must.
• Outstanding IT literacy, financial modelling skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand and solve complex tasks
• Self- motivated, and “rainmaker” personality
• Team player
• Ready to travel
