Qualifications:
• University degree incorporating finance, accounting or management.
• 10 years of progressively responsible accounting, financial and management experience preferred
• Previous experience in education or business experience in a non-profit setting preferred.
• Knowledge of technology and computer applications for finance and accounting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Croatian.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast paced environment.
• Strong team-building, analytical and problem-solving skills.
