Employment contract
• 3 months trial period, fixed-term contract, after one year extension of contract (indefinite period)
• 40 working hours per week
• unevenly divided working hours
• agreement on material responsibility

Salary
• basic wage 90 CZK / hour
• allowance for the exacting work 20 CZK / hour
• bonus 8 CZK / hour
• special bonus
• remuneration for driving of the articulated bus 0.50 CZK / km

Bonus:
• for work on weekend 30 % of the average salary
• for work at night 10 % of the average salary
• for work on public holidays 100 % of the average salary

• waiting 50 CZK / hour – not included into work time
• reimbursement of travel expenses
• average hourly wage 136 CZK / hour – 142 CZK / hour
• monthly average salary, including overtimes 27 000 CZK- 30 000 CZK

• accommodation outside Prague free of charge

• contribution to public transport in Prague and commercial lines provided by our company
