Our Rental Bloom team is growing!

We are looking for a new team member for the season.

This is an exciting time for us, and this is a great opportunity for the right person to join a very special little company.

This position starts as a 3-month summer role and may expand from there.

Your responsibility within the team will be to look after hosts booking success and guest satisfaction.

This is an intensely customer focused role, as you’ll be interacting with owners and their guests every day to provide the support required so that they have the best booking experience possible.

We like to delight our customers, and we hope you’re going to help us lead the charge, by providing such incredible customer support that our clients won’t be able to stop talking about it.

It’s all about you thriving on ending each interaction with both you and the customer smiling, even when the customer is perhaps tough or frustrated to begin with.

So this position goes way beyond just answering guest enquiries and managing bookings for our hosts.

It’s a big part of our business goal: to make sure our owners are building successful holiday rental businesses and providing a service to their guests that they’re truly proud of. We don’t expect you to teach our owners about running a holiday rental business. You’ll be more of a bookings support manager and concierge facilitator.

You’ll also need to become intimately familiar with Rental Bloom resources, so you can jump onboard and guide our hosts and guests through the service value that Rental Bloom has to offer.

Here are some of the things you’ll be doing every week:

• Responding to between 30 and 50 guest enquiry emails per day.

• Interacting with our hosts and keep them posted about how their booking calendars are looking, when their guests are arriving, and helping to enhance/influence the experience of every individual guest, and the type of reviews will be getting.

• Be the team’s primary eyes and ears within our host community. You’ll know every Rental Bloom owner by name, who’s successful, and who’s struggling. You’ll learn from host’s successes and failures equally suggesting and implement ideas to help them generate more sustainable bookings.

• Create weekly summaries of the most interesting and useful guest conversations and host success stories for the blog.

• Interacting with Bloomers over social media, while posting updates about new things happening within the business.

To be successful in this role, you need to love talking with people, primarily through writing. So you will need to be a great writer and communicator, with clear, concise, and friendly answers. And you’ll have to be quick. You’ll need to pride yourself on responding to people so quickly that they’re floored and appreciative.

Rental Bloom is a special company with a very flexible, fun and supportive working environment. We would prefer someone based in Croatia for this role, but we’re open to hiring the best person for this job, no matter where they live.
