Back office assistant (m/f)

As new Back Office in our Croatian Branch you will be responsible for giving support to our South Eastern Europe team as well as our clients in that region in connection with our Online Booking Tool. You will be part of a young, enthusiastic, dynamic and constantly changing organization with worldwide presence.
Role responsibilities will include:
- managing and maintaining executives' schedules.
- preparing invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, sales statistics and other related office documents.
- general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, emailing, faxing.
- prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings.
