What we expect from you
• Recent Master graduates, graduate students and young professionals with maximum 1-2 years
of experience;
• Interest in audit and assurance;
• Ability to work in a team environment with dedication;
• Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Internet);
• Fluent in Croatian and having good knowledge of English;
• High motivation for professional and personal development of knowledge and skills;
• Availability to travel.
What we offer to you
• You will undergo an intensive induction programme starting in September 2017.
• You will have a ‘Coach’ and a ‘Buddy’ to help you integrate, develop and perform.
• You will undertake a blended learning programme involving professional qualifications
(Statutory Audit, audit courses, ACCA), gaining knowledge of the industry and market.
• We will invest in your personal development through soft-skills training to increase your
awareness and leadership skills.
