We are looking for a highly motivated graduate (f/m) to join a dynamic team in a growing real estate company working in real estate sales, marketing and development. The job will include finding properties, assisting agents with clients and liaising with buyers and sellers as required. You will be provided with training and support from the company’s director and sales agents.
Job Description:
- Dealing with all email enquiries from sellers who are looking to sell properties in Croatia.
- Finding properties using the internet, details of the owners, contacting them and visiting locations to gather information if necessary.
- Getting in contact with owners of properties and selling the companies services.
- Negotiating and signing real estate agency agreements with owners.
- Gathering all necessary paperwork and information including taking pictures or getting pictures from the owners for the purpose of preparing their properties for advertising & sale.
- Organising & filing all property related documents, permits, ownership, cadastre, descriptive information, pictures and location information on and offline.
- Gathering information in the field for properties the company is interested in selling.
- Selecting photographs for the advertising on the internet and additional photos for marketing purposes should clients require more information.
- Understanding any issues relating to the property, is the title clean, is the property legal, does it have all the necessary permits etc.
- Producing simple brochures for properties which have been found but which are not yet advertised.
- Writing property descriptions in Croatian and English
- Uploading properties onto the company websites
- Filing all property details and owners information on and off-line.
