NovoCommerce International is a company operating in Croatia that belongs to the Monnoyeur Groupe in France. It is based in Osijek and Bjelovar. The Company is an exclusive dealer of John Deere, American producer of top brand tractors, combines and other agricultural equipment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Providing support to the main managerial activities: planning, organization, coordination, monitoring etc.
- Supporting the daily activity of the Manager and ensuring the necessary administrative support (train / flight ticket, medical insurance, travel order etc.)
- Managing and ensuring the confidentiality of ingoing and outgoing documents and information
- Answering incoming phone calls, receiving e-mails and faxes
- Organizing specific administrative and protocol activities
- Drafting documents in Croatian and English languages
- Maintaining the relationship with the customers and collaborators
- Keeping evidence of orders and carefully monitoring their progress
- Preparing reports, situations and various documents upon request
- Sorting and archiving the mail on daily bases
- Making reservations for hotel rooms, flight tickets etc. for the colleagues who travel in the country and abroad
- Preparing the orders for the office supplies, housekeeping, water or other consumables after checking the requisite with the departments’ managers
- Receiving and distributing the stationery and the ordered products
- Supervising and being responsible for the proper functioning of the fax machine, copier, overseeing the carrying out of cleanliness in good condition
- Keeping the holidays record, centralizing the holidays planning and applications
- Following the reception of the expenditure forms and car cards in due time
- Keeping a record of kilometers traveled per month, insurance and technical condition of the company cars in the dealer’s fleet
- Relationship with IPSO employees: ensuring a professional relationship with the employees of the company

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree
- Fluent in English – French is a plus
- Good PC skills
- Organized and easy-going person with excellent communication and listening skills
- Detail-oriented and team-player with a professional attitude
- Serious and flexible person ready to assume and reach the job targets and objectives
